Yamaguchi Ranmaru

Tokio's right hand man. He joins Hana-Gumi after Harada Faction disbands. He is a long-time aquaintance of Abo and responsible for coercing him into fighting Hana in order to keep Hana on his toes. He is always bumming cigarettes. Has contacts everywhere and many juniors look up to him. He is the best informed man in the Hana-Gumi.
