A Keyblade wielder currently training at the Land of Departure. He possesses a pure heart and an insatiable curiosity. He is affectionately known as "Ven." Having lost his memories from before arriving at the Land of Departure, he was taken in as an apprentice by the Keyblade Master Eraqus. Since then, he lived like family with Terra and Aqua while training alongside them. Spurred to action by words spoken to him by Vanitas on the day of Terra and Aqua's Mark of Mastery exam, he left the Land of Departure to travel across the worlds. He bears a striking resemblance to Roxas, a character who appears later in the timeline; there are somewhat complex circumstances behind this connection.
