After she transforms into "Guardian Goddess Purple Heart", she gains composure and sharpness but is still a little oblivious. Out of the four main Godesses, Neptune is the most careless and possibly carefree. She'll jump head first into any situation dangerous or not, and does not bother to think about the possible consequences that await her. Instead she chooses to face them head on! Some see Neptune as being downright stupid, due to coming off clueless and airheaded and asking many random questions and surprising ideas and theories. Besides that, she can be surprised very easily and is a klutz. Neptune is also known for being a Goddess with a big appetite. She really enjoys eating and is often seen doing this or trying to think of a way to get food, greedy or not.
