**Height:** 146 cm (4'8") Mei Irizaki is the Chief Torpedo Officer aboard the Harekaze. She is self-willed and hates to lose. She tends to act impulsively and impatiently—much like the famous depiction of Oda Nobunaga: "If the cuckoo doesn't sing, kill it." She can often be seen with [Shima Tateishi](https://anilist.co/character/89727/Shima-Tateishi), whom she is best friends with.
