Ordered by [Kuyou](https://anilist.co/character/11850/Kuyou) to keep an eye on the Newspaper Club (to make sure it wasn't doing anything the Student Police considered "illegal"), Keito is a spider-woman. Her animated incarnation places her in charge of a rival "super newspaper club" which would have replaced the current one. Keito also has 3 underlings, whose names are [Tonko Oniyama](https://anilist.co/character/27489/Oniyama-Tonko), [Shijimi Chouno](https://anilist.co/character/52259/Chouno-Shijimi), and [Sumae Mizuno](https://anilist.co/character/52261/Mizuno-Sumae), who were made servants by her venom, all of whom were members of past clubs who the Student Police shut down; she also wanted to add [Kurumu](https://anilist.co/character/3863/Kurono-Kurumu) to her clique.
