He excels at using weaponry and foul play and is the only student thus far to have successfully injured Korosensei. Despite this, he is actually rather smart and manages a perfect score on one of Korosensei's tests. He and [Nagisa](https://anilist.co/character/65645) were in the same class during their 1st and 2nd years at Kunugigaoka.
