Saint-like being in planet of La Metal. [Queen Millennia Series] ~!In the anime TV series, she calls Yukino Yayoi by the name of Andromeda Promethium. She stays hidden and appears as ghostly like figure until near the end. In the Manga, she is the director of La Metal. Her appearance is similar to of a mere human child, she looks younger than as she appears in the movie version, but she has lived for over million years. She tend to float in the air and move without having to move her legs. She has golden halo-like object on her head and bottom of her feet. In the Movie, her appearance is like of a young child, but her voice is of a woman. She doesn't have a Iris on her eyes, which makes it looks like she is wearing a mask. Her goal is to destroy mankind and bring eternal spring to La Metallians. She expected Promethium, the Millennial Queen to cooperate, but when she realizes that Promethium betrayed her, she gives Fara total command of the La Metal military force. When Promethium tries to convince Larela to realize that killing innocent human is wrong, Larela attacks and seriously injures Promethium. When Fara saw his lover hurt, he became rather disturbed.
