Drake is a former Marine Rear Admiral turned pirate captain of the Drake Pirates. Drake is a man who wears what appears to be a combination of a feathered cocked hat and a mask on his head. On his broad chin he has a "X" and on his chest and upper body he also has another large "X". When seen from above, his bicorne greatly resembles the head of a Pterodactyl.
